MonaVie Accuses Zrii Of Copying Pay Plan
A well known nutritional fruit drink manufacturer, MonaVie, is suing Zrii for allegedly copying its copywrited compensation plan and using it to compensate its independent distributors. Compensation plans are integral parts of a company's design due to it being a major factor in a distributor's decision to work with the company. Both MonaVie and Zrii are multi level marketers, and both compete for distributors whom are compensated depending on sales and recruitment to new distributors they bring into the company.
Tahitian Noni Concludes 250k Challenge
After providing the entire network marketing industry with a $250,000 challenge that states no competing superfruit drink can rival that of their own, Tahitian Noni International recently announced that its challenge had been concluded, with no competitors stepping up to the plate. Despite the vast array of superfruit drink producers, no products had been brought forward for comparison. Tahitian Noni's challenge ran from March 1 - June 1, 2010. Tahitian Noni Announces Iridoid Research Symposium
Tahitian Noni International (TNI) announced that the first annual International Iridoid Research Symposium will be held at TNI headquarters in Provo, Utah, on August 16th and 17th. Scientists from around the world will be presenting current research on iridoids in both plants and animals. The symposium is being presented by the International Iridoid Research Council (IIRC), which is a new organization dedicated to the sharing of information and research being conducted on iridoids. Membership in the new organization will be open to individuals, educational institutions, and companies that have completed, or are currently conducting, research on iridoids. The primary goal of the IIRC will be to share current scientific information about iridoids and their properties.
